The U.S. SBA was created by the Small Business Act of 1953. Garrett Ervin is an experienced business manager with years of success growing small to medium sized businesses ranging from 20 – 200 employees. He is the current President and owner of Business RadioX – Gwinnett and producer of the weekly Gwinnett Business Radio podcast that airs every Thursday at 10 a.m.
His in-depth knowledge of managing all aspects of business including HR, Sales, Quality, Customer Experience, Profit & Loss and growth positions him to energetically promote all businesses in the Gwinnett County area. Living throughout the Southeast US the past several years including Palm Coast, FL, Pensacola, FL and now Suwannee, GA, Garrett has experience with many different business climates.
Garrett was born and raised in Michigan and spent most of his free time enjoying the outdoors. He’s travelled up and down the coasts of the Great Lakes, fished throughout the state and spent many weekends camping and visiting Mackinac Island. After making multiple trips to Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, he became addicted to the Chicago Deep Dish style pizza. Garrett says, “I truly miss the ability to make a short drive around the southern part of Lake Michigan to enjoy an original Chicago-style deep dish pizza.”
Garrett is eagerly looking forward to “Amplifying the Voice of Business” for all businesses within the Gwinnett County area.

Local businessman Steven Julian has been one of the more popular hosts on Business RadioX since 2013 and is excited to be part of “giving a voice” to local businesses in and around Gwinnett. He serves as the colorful and comedic co-host of “Gwinnett Business Radio” and as the “slightly annoying” (his words, not ours) host of “The Tiffany Krumins Show” on iHeartRadio. After a 10-year career in pastoral youth ministry, Steven currently works in the financial services industry when he’s not playing radio. After an 11-year career playing in the National Football League, Harper LeBel was working in the banking solutions business when he was introduced to Business RadioX. His former Atlanta Sports Radio 92.9 The Game co-host Mike Sammond invited him to appear as a guest on a show. More recently, Harper has joined the Business Radio X staff as a guest scheduler and on-air host. His radio background began in 2004 on the Atlanta Falcons Pregame Show on WGST Radio. He then moved to high school football broadcasting in Gainesville on WDUN Radio where he co-hosted pregame, halftime, and postgame shows before becoming an analyst on the Gainesville High School football broadcasts for six seasons, which included a state championship run in 2012. Harper has been a part of the Georgia State college football radio broadcasts since the school added the sport in 2010, and he is also currently working as a pregame and postgame host on the Atlanta Falcons Radio Network.
