TLC Residential Clean & Sober Living Homes was founded in 1988. The present owner and director of operations Frank Montero is a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor and has been clean and sober since 1996 and has run various rehabilitation centers. They have experienced district managers who go to treatment centers to do presentations on sober living and take clients to see their homes. All of their staff are dedicated to the process of recovery.

TLC offers dozens of sober living homes throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. These homes are set up exclusively for men and women recovering from alcohol and drug addiction.
