Jon Deiter has worked for over 30 years in leadership positions in privately held and family owned entrepreneurial businesses as well as smaller divisions of public companies. He earned an MBA in Finance from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois and he is a CPA with Accreditation in Business Valuation and Certified Global Management Accountant. He has held positions in a variety of industries as Tax Advisor, Consultant, Controller, Vice President, CFO, and President.
In 2014, Jon was working on the leadership team of a company which began implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). Jon experienced first-hand the value and power of EOS and its simple tools to establish a clear vision, gain traction toward that vision, and grow a healthy team
Jon came to realize his true motivation and passion ….. to help many more companies achieve great things through implementing EOS! He was trained as a Professional EOS Implementer and since 2015 has been working with organizations to help them implement EOS. He is no longer a practicing CPA and is focusing 100% of his time on his passion. He offers his implementation/coaching services through his company, Jon Deiter Solutions, LLC.

EOS is a people-centric management system that embodies successful, proven ways of working with people and a team. In addition to company growth and achieving the life you desire, implementing EOS has positive impacts to employees, culture and team health. Dr. Amy Hogan earned a BS in Elementary Education with a concentration in Vocal Music and a MLA from Baker University. She earned her PhD with a specialization in Advanced Classroom Instruction from Capella University. Her research focused on the relationship between preservice teachers and mentor teachers. Dr. Hogan served on the KS Regulations Board for teacher education, workgroups for the KEEP and KPTP evaluation tools, KS Teacher of the Year selection committees, task-forces for the Military Childhood Coalition, as a reviewer for NCATE and CAEP, and chaired a committee charged with revising the KS elementary education teacher licensure standards.
Dr. Lily Davidov joined Ottawa University Department of Business in 2013 as adjunct faculty and in Summer 2017 merged into the Ottawa Surprise Campus as a Business Faculty and Adawe Mentor. Prior to that, Dr. Davidov was a full time Professor of Accounting at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Prescott Campus.


Adam McCown was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. After graduating from Baylor University, he moved to Seattle and received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. Adam moved to the Ocotillo area of Chandler in 2009 where he worked in retail pharmacy prior to starting Medmetrics. Adam takes a particular interest in helping patients stay healthy, with an emphasis on functional medicine and compounding to help patients achieve their wellness goals. Adam is married to Bryanne who is also a pharmacist. They have two daughters he adores. When not serving patients at Medmetrics, he enjoys traveling, reading, golf, and sports of all kinds.
Taylor Froiland was born and raised in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. He moved to Arizona in 2009 and now lives in Chandler in the Ocotillo area. He studied Nutrition at the University of Minnesota which inspired him to pursue his Doctor of Pharmacy from Pacific University in Oregon. Taylor has a passion for Lifestyle Medicine which means he combines vitamins, supplements, nutrition and exercise programs with traditional medicine to help people feel the best they can. He is professionally trained in non-sterile compounding and veterinary compounding. Taylor thinks compounding pharmacy is the future of medicine. Each person’s biochemical makeup varies and being able to compound personalized medications allows us to treat each person in a unique way. When not taking a personal interest in each and every one of his patients in the Chandler area, Taylor enjoys golf, martial arts and traveling.
Jodi Towns has spent the past 6 years in healthcare, specifically Concierge Medicine and knows what it takes to make a medical practice stand out from all the rest, attract your ideal patient, build physician referral partnerships and create a BRAND you can be proud of!



Nancy McCutcheon is the Community Outreach Program Manager at the Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center located on at the HonorHealth Shea Medical Center Campus in Scottsdale, Arizona. Nancy has worked for HonorHealth since June 2006. She began her community outreach journey over twenty years ago serving in the non-profit setting through her local church as an administrator and developing community programs. Nancy has worked in the healthcare field for over 15 years and has applied her community networking skills in her professional role to increase attendance and participation for cancer risk and prevention.
Dawn Bassett MSN, Ed, RN, OCN has been in the nursing profession for more than 25 years and completed her Masters of Science in Nursing Education in 2014.
Arlie Colvin has been a Cancer Genetic Counselor for HonorHealth since 2014. She received her Master of Science degree in Genetic Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver. She received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan. She is an ABGC board certified genetic counselor. Arlie is the author of a series of four children’s books for children with sex chromosome aneuploidy. She enjoys oil painting, hiking, traveling and spending time with her fiancé.
For more than 25 years, Karen Nowicki has been helping organizations and the people who lead them drive their business strategies more effectively and as a result her clients move from success to significance. In 2008, she was awarded the “Mompreneur of the Year Award” for the Southwest. Karen is a published author, accomplished speaker, and trusted adviser to business owners, senior executives and educational leaders. In 2016, Karen and her partners sold $99 Social to Wired Investors, affording her the opportunity and time to become a Studio Partner for 




Marina Gonzales – Marina has lived in Guadalupe practically her entire life and loves the community. She has long been focused on helping Guadalupe grow. She has been the director of the Guadalupe Learning Lab for the last 6 years and is the lead community developer in Guadalupe working for Arizona Neighborhood Transformation. She lives in Guadalupe with her 9 children, husband, other family and many friends
Jeff Bisgrove – Jeff is the Director of Arizona Neighborhood Transformation, the organization providing support to the community development going on in Guadalupe via the Guadalupe Learning Lab. Jeff and his wife Cindy lives a few miles from Guadalupe but have become part of the larger community working to help the community of Guadalupe grow. Jeff and Cindy formed AZNT in 2011. Prior to this, Jeff working at Intel for about 25 years before leaving to focus full time on community development in Guadalupe and around the world.










Karie Cowden is the Founder and President of Connect the Dots Promotions and has extensive experience working with local and national clientele across all industries. She has sold every promotional product known to mankind in her over 22 years in the industry. Karie has worked in all aspects of the promo business including a 6 year stint with the Phoenix Suns and AZ Diamondbacks. In those many years she has developed extensive experience, industry knowledge, wonderful partnerships and strategic relationships. In 2008 she was the youngest person to be voted on to the Board of Directors for the Promotional Products Association International, by her peers. In 2009 she figured she knew enough to run her own company and hasn’t looked back. Karie is married with two beautiful daughters and one black lab named Betty.
