Rupal began his prosecution career as an Assistant Solicitor-General for the DeKalb County Solicitor General’s Office prosecuting cases in State Court. He then, practiced law in Forsyth County, with expertise in civil litigation, mediation & criminal defense. As an attorney with Jarrard & Davis, he sharpened his civil litigation skills. Rupal holds his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from GA Tech and completed Law School at GA State University College of Law. Rupal is a frequent lecturer on legal topics at legal seminars. Rupal is active in the community through his volunteer efforts. He is an executive board member for the United Way of Forsyth County, a board member for the Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce, and continues to serve as a volunteer attorney coach at Forsyth Central High School, to name a few. Rupal is also a husband and father.

Byron Gatewood Candidate for U.S. Congress (GA 6th District)

Byron is a U.S. Army officer, small business owner, loving husband and father and devoted Christian. Byron enlisted in the National Guard as a college student in the wake of the September 11^th attacks and was deployed to Afghanistan during what would have been his junior year. Upon returning, he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU), and earned a commission on to active duty. Byron served as an intelligence officer abroad and partnered with the Israel Defense Forces and our NATO allies in efforts to make the Middle East more secure for Americans and our allies. After a decade on active duty, Byron attended Cornell University earning an MBA. He owns and operates two small businesses that employ over two dozen Georgians. Active within the community, he serves as the managing director at a local nonprofit, where he works to create jobs and opportunities for adults on the autism spectrum.

Verónica Maldonado-Torres is the President and CEO of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. As a highly versatile and visionary Latina business owner and community leader, Verónica brings her entrepreneurial spirt and tenacity, born from over 60 years of generational entrepreneurship on both sides of her family, to the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GHCC). With over a decade of experience as a small business champion and supplier diversity advocate, Verónica is a catalyst of growth for both small businesses and large corporations, bringing thought-leadership and innovation to the supplier development space. She has also been an avid champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout her career.

Known as the people and business accelerator, Verónica excels at building strategic alliances and fostering win-win relationships between small businesses and corporate America. Prior to joining the GHCC, Verónica successfully guided the development and growth of more than 150 firms across multiple industries ranging from $1M-$100M in annual revenue in her role as Program Director for the Georgia Mentor Protégé Connection (MPC). Soo is the founding partner at Blevins & Hong, PC since 2011 with offices in Marietta and Duluth, GA. Her main practice areas include Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, and Criminal Defense. She is the incoming President of Cobb County Bar Association and was the recipient of the Ross Adams Younger Lawyer Award.

After a 25-year corporate career in the insurance industry, Donna Linden founded Trinity Staffing and Career Resources after hearing a story of a friend registering with a staffing agency. Getting a job was the most important thing in her friend’s life as her family needed the money. Yet, the staffing agency treated her like a number, did not follow up with phone calls, and she felt her messages were ignored. Trinity Staffing and Career Resources was birthed out of wanting to show the love of God to people who are in a job transition, and to provide them with career opportunities. Her company provides direct hire placement for various industries including insurance, business professional services, financial services/banking, and IT.

Volunteerism and serving the community are essential to Donna. She not only wants to make an impact in the lives of others through job placement, but she also wants to make an indelible impact in her community through volunteerism. Donna was born in Jamaica, but was raised in Mount Vernon, New York. She graduated from the Howard University School of Business. She is a licensed property & casualty agent in Georgia and has earned four prestigious insurance designations: CIC, AINS, CSRM, and CISR. She is a licensed minister and the coordinator of the Career Ministry at Berean Christian Church in Gwinnett.
