The Peachtree Ridge Robo Lions are a student-led organization at Peachtree Ridge High School that participates in FIRST Robotics. Founded in 2004, the team has grown into a multi-cultural team with over thirty members dedicated to fostering a passion in science and technology within the community. Every year, they build, CAD, and program a robot completely from scratch, and go on to compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition against some of the brightest minds in Georgia in order to make it to the World Championships.
