Frank M. Samson, CSA, is the founder of Senior Care Authority, author and creator of The Boomers Today syndicated Radio/Podcast Show. Prior to founding Senior Care Authority, he worked in franchise consulting and the travel industry for over three decades. He had built an organization with over 200 franchises which he later sold and the company operates successfully today.

His expertise in senior care has given Frank the opportunity to write a regular blog and host a nationally syndicated radio show and podcast called Boomers Today. Frank also authored a best selling book in various categories called The Aging Boomers: Answers to Critical Questions for You, Your Parents and Loved Ones and is available on Amazon.com.

Frank is a Certified Senior Advisor, a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, on the Board of the National Placement and Referral Alliance and an Honorary Faculty Member at Michigan State University.

As family and community people, Michael and Terri Frantz bring their years of service-based work to Senior Care Authority ownership as Eldercare Consultants and Placement Specialists! Having met in college and married the week after graduation, Michael and Terri have been married forty-one years and have seven children, all homeschooled through high school. They are also blessed with seven grandchildren.

As a pastor for many years, Michael is currently the pastor of a small church in Lemoore, CA. He has also served as a volunteer police chaplain and has had hospice chaplain training. Michael and Terri also served as missionaries to Mexico from 1999-2002.

Terri has had multiple home-based businesses through the years which enabled her to be a stay-at-home mom and her children’s teacher. Her most recent business was with Tupperware, where she held different positions from consultant to Director to Business Leader over a period of 14 years.

The Frantz’s wanted to find a business to help them assist people who are struggling with difficult care decisions. Having worked with seniors both in church and in senior communities, they knew this venture would be a good fit. Michael and Terri look forward to working with older adults and their families, making a difference one life at a time.

They each have had experience with their own families in trying to find the best solutions in care choices. Their kindness, compassion, and empathy are available for families in San Luis Obispo County and Upper Santa Barbara County to help make difficult situations more manageable!

When not working with families, Michael enjoys reading and playing guitar. Terri loves reading and singing, and they both enjoy spending time with family.

Cynthia worked with her parents for seven years to find the right care, both in-home and assisted living. The stress of helping aging loved ones, working full-time, and caring for her own family while living over 1500 miles apart instilled in her the desire to support others going through similar experiences.

Cynthia serves on the board of NAMI and is active in community organizations including New York Junior League, Naples League Club and Alzheimer’s Association.

Cynthia splits her time between New York and Southwest Florida and supports families across the US.

First were Maggie and Mike Grayeski, owners of Servicewise Electric who have re-started their electrical service business after wanting to return to a small family business model. In addition to their love of having a family business, they talked about how they balance a relationship and business, how Mike is shifting from working in the field to in the business, taking care of their employees, and more.

Meredith Fingarson started her own marketing consulting agency and discussed how she serves her clients with strategy, her careful planning before going out on her own, and her desire to help her clients be successful.

Next, Adam Grossman of Good Dog Media talked with Anthony about providing video services to his clients, his editorial work for Vanity Fair, and the challenges of telling a story. He shared he also recently relocated to Atlanta from Los Angeles and its benefits.

Christopher Lyboldt with Senior Care Authority shared his story of building a business devoted to the needs of elders for navigating their living and lifestyle needs. He and his wife provide a full spectrum of services from finding the right living situation, selling a home, and helping create a lifestyle that preserves freedom for his clients. He also stressed the infancy of this type of professional service that will continue to grow.
