Move Your AE

I help you take command of your career by showing you how to document and promote your full career value.

The “Æ” (pronounced “ash”) is the symbol that now represents the sum of your skills, talents, education, experiences, credentials and so much more about you. It represents your entire career value, not just a set of skills.

To get ahead in your job, or to get another job, you need to Know, Grow, and Show your career value, not just what is on a resume or your LinkedIn profile. Competition is tough out there, and without this knowledge, you will be left behind.

Buy “Move Your Æ (ash)” now on Amazon (paperback or Kindle):

http://bit.ly/MoveYourAshBook

Once you have started reading it (at least through Chapter 7), let’s connect and discuss. You will have a new view on your career at that point.

Ebonie Carzo and Mark Galvin

Ebonie Carzo/Scrumptious Cakery

After working in corporate America for six years, Ebonie Carzo decided that to truly follow her passion of helping start-ups and small businesses become successful, she needed to subject herself to the emotional and physical joys and pains of running a small business. At the age of 29, Ebonie gave up her company car, gas card, health insurance, and steady income to start a social experiment of the entrepreneurial journey.

January 2018 marked Ebonie’s 4-year anniversary of operating Scrumptious Cakery fulltime. Scrumptious Cakery was awarded the “Couple’s Choice Award” as one of the best wedding cake bakeries in Atlanta for 2017 and 2018. She was voted to serve as the youngest Board Member with the DeKalb County Chamber of Commerce, and she sits as Madam Chair to the Young Professionals Committee for the chamber. She now has a wealth of knowledge and fire in her that she is sharing with entrepreneurs across the world.

Chris Mixon/Synovus

Their humble beginnings date back to a Georgia textile mill and a simple act of kindness. One day, a worker’s hard-earned savings spilled from the hem of her dress after it became entangled in factory machinery. Taking notice, an executive offered to secure her money in the company vault and pay her interest – a service soon extended to all workers at the mill. Those deposits marked the beginning of the company that would become Synovus.

From helping businesses across three different centuries to financing modern corporate expansions to cheering for the hometown football team every Friday night, Synovus has always been proud to be part of their community. It’s why they smile when they see their customers in any of the nearly 250 locations across the Southeast – from major cities to the main-street hometowns. “This is where we belong.” Welcome to the bank of here.

Chris Sanna & Melissa Martin/Atomic Wash

For over a decade, Atomic Wash has focused on infusing brands with new energy. Their expertise is creating high-impact brand communications that engage, excite and motivate, because that’s what drives revenue and delivers results. They believe that by producing branding, marketing and sales materials that are disruptive, engaging, meaningful, memorable and authentic, Atomic Wash enables clients to build their brand and grow their business.

Vince DeSilva/Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce

The Gwinnett Chamber is the forum where business, government, education, healthcare, arts/culture/entertainment, and philanthropic and public service communities come together to advance the region’s economy and enrich Gwinnett’s quality of life.

Sara Dunn and Russ Tanner

“Beyond the Cupola” allows invited customers, community, and team members of Oconee State Bank to have an opportunity to share their stories of success and inspiration, and/or how the Remarkable culture of Oconee State Bank has inspired them to mark lives in their own right.

Russ Tanner/PrimeLending

Whether you’re a first time home buyer or you’re well-versed in the process, buying or refinancing a home can be an exciting and rewarding experience with PrimeLending. They take the time to listen and they’ll work with you to find a home loan that fits your needs.

Sara Dunn/Oconee State Bank

In the early 1900s, there were banks in all the small towns of Oconee County… Bishop, Bogart, Eastville, Farmington and Watkinsville. When the Depression came along in 1929, all the banks went broke and Oconee County was without a bank for the next 30 years. Farmers and small merchants had to travel to Athens for their banking needs.

In 1958, a group of community leaders recognized the need for a bank in Oconee County and started a process of getting the necessary approval for a state chartered community bank. In 1959, the FDIC approved a community bank and Oconee State Bank opened its doors for business on February 1, 1960 with 3 employees and a small corner office on Main Street in downtown Watkinsville.

Today, Oconee State Bank has 3 full-service financial centers located in Oconee County, GA as well as a website which serves as an “Internet Branch.” The vision of the founders continues today. Oconee State Bank is proud to provide an unparalleled commitment to personalized service, value-added products, and a deep sense of responsibility to the communities they serve.

INFUSIONSOFT CEO CLATE MASK WITH PURPLE CRM CHRIS LEE AND SMALL BUSINESS STRATEGIST PAMELA SLIM

Infusionsoft was created for small businesses and since day one, that focus hasn’t changed. We listen to our customers and are committed to providing products that save them time and help them deliver personalized service and grow their businesses.

We are proud to be part of the Phoenix community and it is exciting to see how the Valley is evolving into a successful tech leader. Arizona as a whole is cultivating a talented community that deserves to be recognized for its contributions to the tech industry.

Partners have been pivotal to the growth of Infusionsoft. Earlier this year, we launched Partner Edition specifically to meet the unique needs of consultants and small agencies managing multiple accounts. It was been well-received since launch, with more than 500 agencies already using it and reporting time saved as upwards of 25 hours per month.

We’re always learning and striving to be better. We understand the value of insights from customers, partners, and influencers and take them seriously as we update offerings and create new products.

Disciplined optimism, remaining clear on your purpose, and emotional resiliency are key to not getting mired in the chaos of growing a business.

Clate Mask is the CEO and Co-founder of Infusionsoft, a sales and marketing platform that helps small businesses deliver personalized sales and customer service experiences. Clate was named one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2013 by Goldman Sachs and Business Leader of the Year by the Arizona Technology Council.
