On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on IWFL star running back with the DC Divas Rachelle Pecovsky. Rachelle is considered one of the early pioneers of the modern version of women’s tackle football. The IWFL regular season runs from April to July. Rachelle talked about her unique training method and how she transformed herself from a gymnast to a bruising running back who averaged over 10 yards a carry.
