Professionally, she serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Equifax, where she manages the Global Infrastructure Solutions teams across 17 countries.
Alejandra is also an Advisory Board member of the ERG Women Advancing Technology Together at Equifax and serves on the Board of the Start House Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on guiding children to success.

To enable underrepresented groups to celebrate their accomplishments and get past the difficulty of self-promotion, Anna Vainer and Anna Zapesochini launched the global movement #IamRemarkable in 2016. It began as a Google workshop and has developed into a 90-minute program run by Vainer’s nonprofit organization, Rmrkblty. As of December 2023, it had reached over 550,000 participants in 180 countries, with more than 3,000 facilitators. The initiative continues to inspire individuals worldwide to embrace their worth and speak openly about their accomplishments.
