She has an extensive and varied career in multiple industries, including lending and underwriting; business development; project management; compliance and controls.

She has initiated negotiations, partnership initiatives and cost analysis for businesses majority of her career. Her expertise lies in analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations to ensure that strategies can be effectively and efficiently executed.

One of her most rewarding professional experiences was developing young minds as an elementary school teacher. In addition to her classroom responsibilities, she developed curriculum and led multiple school-wide process improvement and best practice initiatives.

Telisha has used her people skills to build community involvement and awareness by participating in various community outreach events and professionally moderating conferences. She is an inspiring talent and we look forward to the innovative outlook she’s going to add to the UGA SBDC at Georgia State University team.

Stacey Key is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) – the state of Georgia’s leading authority on supplier diversity and minority business development. Key has more than 20 years of corporate experience in sales, marketing, operations and customer service at global brands like IBM, AT&T, Schlumberger and Samsung Telecommunications.

Prior to joining the GMSDC, she was responsible for leading nationwide marketing efforts at Samsung Telecommunications as its Marketing Director. She also served as Vice President – Public Sector for Schlumberger, the world’s leading supplier of products and services to the oil and gas industry. She is an accomplished entrepreneur, with more than 15 years of experience at the helm of a successful family business.

Stacey has been recognized as a leader throughout the state for her career accomplishments and community service. Reginald Phams is the Certifications Manager at the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC). He has held several positions with GMSDC including, starting as an Intern, Certification Specialist, and Operations Manager of the Georgia Mentor Protege Connection.

In addition to being an advocate to the small business community, He has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Atlanta Technical College Since 2016. He has been a member of several Advisory Boards for Atlanta Technical College and Keller Graduate School of Management.

As the Assistant Director of Entrepreneur and Small Business and Regional Project Manager with the Department of Economic Development, Ryan Waldrep provides assistance to companies considering Georgia as a business destination and identifying and pursuing prospective companies with expansion and or relocation potential. He also assists local Chambers of Commerce and Development Authorities in their economic development activities and development of entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Adam Moore is the Strategic Supplier Diversity Manager for SunTrust Banks, helping to promote the inclusion of small and diverse business in the supplier mix at the Bank. He is considerably active in the supplier diversity space as it relates to technology and the financial vertical. Adam is often sought as a speaker and moderator and he also writes for a blog on supplier diversity: diversitymanagementsourcing.com.

Adam is a true advocate for supplier diversity and works tirelessly to create opportunities for diverse business. Peggy Gulick serves as AGCO’s Director of Digital Transformation, Global Manufacturing. Ms. Gulick joined AGCO as a plant leader for AGCO’s Production Systems (Lean) and Information Technology teams and strategies. Prior to joining AGCO, Ms. Gulick spent 16 years in global Enterprise Resource Planning in the sporting consumer goods industry serving as Director of Global Business Process at Pure Fishing, Inc. a subsidiary of Newell Brands.

In 2015, Ms. Gulick chartered the Women in Manufacturing Chapter in Minnesota while holding an active position on AGCO’s AGWN (AGCO Global Women’s Network) Global Steering Committee. Most recently, she has led a team of out-of-box thinkers and ambitious partners in the implementation of wearable technology solutions on the manufacturing plant floor. She is also the 2014 recipient of the Women in Manufacturing STEP (Science, Technology, Engineering and Production) Award from the Manufacturing Institute, awarded to honor women who have demonstrated excellence and leadership in their careers.

Ms. Gulick holds a Masters of Business Administration in Global Business She earned a BS in Computer Science from Clarke University in Dubuque, IA, where she received the Most Distinguished Alumni for Outstanding Achievement in 2016. She also earned a certificate in Executive Leadership for Women from Kennesaw State University’s Cole College of Business Executive Education Programs and a mini masters of Project Management at the University Of St. Thomas’ Opus College of Business. Joshua Lebarre is the Director of Manufacturing Operations for Atlanta-based sonnen, Inc., a global leader in residential energy storage.  Before working for sonnen, Joshua served in the US Navy as a non-nuclear mechanic aboard the submarines USS Jefferson City and USS Salt Lake City.  He received his undergraduate degree in Business Management and Supply Chain Operations and a Master’s in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.

Joshua’s professional development also included seven years in the aerospace industry at Moog Aircraft Group, working in the Production and Supply Chain departments.  His contributions to sonnen include bringing product manufacturing in-house, relocating manufacturing operations from California to Atlanta, and building a company culture centered on safety, quality, and career advancement. Laura Madajewski, CPA, MBA is a Principal in the Audit and Advisory department of HLB Gross Collins, P.C. She leads the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution Practice, as well as the ERISA Practice of the firm. She has extensive experience helping clients improve controls, strengthen management, enhance governance roles and oversight and streamline operations through diligence to facilitate positive changes and growth for her clients’ operations.

As a trusted advisor, she gets to know each client in order to provide a customized approach to their assurance and accounting needs. In her spare time, Laura enjoys charitable and volunteer roles throughout the Atlanta and North Fulton communities supporting various initiatives. Jason Moss is Founder and CEO of the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance (GMA). The organization is the fastest growing community of industry professionals in the state. Since 2008, GMA has provided the premier platform for manufacturing leaders to form strategic alliances, share best business practices, and make profitable business connections.

Larncell Hymon is a Supply Chain Manager with Newell Brands, more specifically their Learn and Play Division. Larncell has been with Newell since 2007 and has been in Supply Chain since 2010. Prior to working on Supply Chain, Larncell was a Packaging Engineer with Newell’s Goody Brand.

Larncell holds a Packaging degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI and received his MBA from the University of Georgia.
