Donna Reed was born and raised in a tiny town of 500 people in NW Ohio. The only girl with 3 brothers. she was lucky enough to go through 8 grades with the same 25 or so “kids” and then in 9th grade we joined the “city kids” at the big school in Fremont, Ohio. In the 1970’s that meant going from about 25 kids to almost 600! Donna got good grades, graduated high in her class and had tons of friends. Her parents were married until her mother’s death in 1995.

After high school, Donna joined Up with People and during the US Bicentennial, she traveled all across the US and down into Mexico. For a kid who loved languages, people and travel, it was a perfect fit. After her second year of working and traveling through Europe, Donna started college at the University of Arizona. It was there that she met her husband Gilbert. They married in 1980 and moved back to Ohio to be near Donna’s family. While in Ohio, Donna had 3 sons, finished her degree in business at the University of Toledo, and lived in the same small town where she grew up. She started her career working in admissions for a technical college. For the next 20 years, while her jobs changed, they always centered around sales and/or management.

In 2000, Donna and her family moved back to her husband’s hometown of Tucson. In 2005 she began her career in Real Estate and have been doing it ever since. Donna is currently at Keller Williams Southern Arizona representing both buyers and sellers in residential Real Estate, and has been in the top 20% of the company for the past 10 years. She loves working with people and has a passion specifically for helping those who might need someone to help with French! Donna has been on KWSA’s Agent Leadership Council for all but 3 of the past 10 years and enjoys working with their Culture Committee.

Donna is active in her church, St Mark’s United Methodist, as a praise team member in contemporary worship. She recently served as the head of the Staff Parish Relations committee, as well as President of the Campus Christian Center. This year, she hopes to work with the Inn Project, helping immigrants coming to the US through Tucson on their way to their new homes here in the United States.

Despite the fact that he moved to the States from Manchester in 2014, Sean Dineen has experienced few setbacks in achieving the American dream. Following his graduation from Sheffield Hallam University with a B.A in graphic design in 2013, Dineen took a leap of faith by moving to Georgia to begin a career coaching youth soccer. After three months of coaching, Dineen’s career trajectory completely shifted when he found himself temporarily living with Michael Stephens, owner of Southern Machine and Fabrication Company. After becoming fast friends, Stephens discovered Dineen’s aptitude for design, providing him the resources to produce small-scale office furniture orders from 300 square feet of space in his manufacturing office. From there, Iron Age Office took off and Dineen’s career skyrocketed along with it, leading him to become one of the youngest CEOs in Georgia and expanding the company from that small space to an over 20,000 square foot warehouse in 2018. Although the company has seen rapid expansion since its humble beginning, Dineen’s entrepreneurial spirit remains the same. He is constantly searching for innovative ways to improve Iron Age Office, from detailed product design updates to ensuring employees are consistently equipped for success. His approachable management style is recognized throughout the office, and he credits his talented team of craftsmen for much of the company’s success. While Dineen’s career path may be unconventional, it is not far-fetched considering his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for quality design. In his spare time, he still enjoys playing soccer whenever possible, sketching new product ideas and spending quality time with his wife, Frankie.
