The Home of Hope at Gwinnett Children’s Shelter is a transitional living shelter for homeless children along with their young mothers. They create customized life plans designed to keep the family unit together and get mom on a results-driven path to independence.
The goal is not simply to be a place of refuge, but a “next step” towards independence. They take their guests from homeless to hopeful to a home of their own.
