Nitin Shah currently serves as CEO of Imperial Investments Group, Inc. with over 30 years of experience in real estate ownership and development. In addition to his hospitality experience, he founded Embassy National Bank in Lawrenceville and currently serves as its Chairman. He was the 1993 Chairman of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), as well as the founder of the American Franchisee Association and currently serves on its Board of Directors. Mr. Shah serves on the Advisory Board for Kennesaw State University and Georgia College and State University, and was the 2011 President of the Rotary Club of Atlanta Emory-North Druid Hills. He received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 1978, followed by his Masters of Business Administration from Georgia College and State University in 1989.

ABOUT JOE MOSS:

Joe Moss has served in executive leadership roles within the financial services industry for over 35 years. He currently serves as the president of Embassy National Bank as well as on its Board of Directors. Prior to his leadership role at Embassy, Mr. Moss served as President and COO of Appalachian Community Bank, Director of Lending at The Ardent Companies, Senior Lender at Security Exchange Bank and Director at Ceto and Associates. He brings to Embassy National Bank invaluable experience in myriad capacities including strategic planning, small business lending, investor relations and organizational development. Mr. Moss earned his MBA in Finance at Georgia State Universtiy in 1980 while already working in banking full time after completing his BA in Economics and Finance at Emory University in 1976.

Itai D. Tsur is the Senior Director of Planned Giving and Endowment (PG&E) at Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. In that capacity, Itai manages and oversees Federation’s endowment, including its stewardship program, policies and procedures, record retention, fund distributions, programming and donor services. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Emory University School of Law, Itai is an experienced attorney who worked for several years in private practice both in New York City and Atlanta prior to entering the world of nonprofit. Eagle Rock Studios Atlanta is the largest stage complex under one roof in the United States with 465,000 square feet of space. The facility includes two furnished production offices and four 30,000 sq. ft. stages, including 20,000 sq. ft. clear span, each with silent air conditioning and 4,000 amps. There are 50 loading docks surrounding the facility providing easy access to 100,000 sq. ft. of storage and 40,000 sq. ft. of supporting areas including shops, holding and catering areas.

Recently, Eagle Rock Studios Atlanta joined five other Georgia-based film studios to form the Georgia Studio & Infrastructure Alliance (GSIA), a new film and television studio and infrastructure association. The group hopes to serve as advocates for the education of crew members and the development of talent needed to keep clients returning to Georgia.

Georgia ranks third in the U.S. for feature film production. The film and television industry in Georgia directly employs 23,500 people, with nearly 8,200 production-related employees. The state reports the film industry had a $5.1 billion economic impact during the 2014 fiscal year.

At the age of 28, Joe moved to Phoenix where he opened his first business, a satellite dish company. Within three months, his company was the top producing company in the southwest. Quickly rising in his success. Joe then moved up to owning several more multi-million dollar corporations. In October 2008, he moved to Georgia after a life-changing experience and decided to help other business owners, big and small, to attain the same success he had been experienced throughout his life. The way he gives back now is by helping companies reach their digital marketing and overall exposure and return on investment in the digital marketing space.
