Dr. Alex Roig / Dr. Weight Loss of Atlanta

Dr. Alex Roig is originally from Pennsylvania where he attended the University of Pittsburgh.  After that, he enrolled in Life University in Marietta, GA where he received a Doctorate of Chiropractic, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition.

Throughout his college years, Dr. Roig taught as a Personal Trainer, helping people exercise and diet more effectively while honing his passion for health. After graduating from Life University, he worked as a full-time chiropractor until 2002 when he decided to pursue his passion of helping people change their lives by weight loss. He has been helping people with weight loss for over 25 years.

Dr. Craig Taylor / Taylor Chiropractic and Wellness

Dr. Craig Taylor is the co-founder and owner of Taylor Chiropractic and Wellness, whose focus is to provide patient-centered care using a variety of integrative treatments. His Bachelor of Science was earned in Biological Sciences at the University of Georgia and became a Doctor of Chiropractic at Life University. He is certified in a wide range of Chiropractic techniques as well as physiotherapy exercises and modalities.

His expertise is not only helping relieve discomfort, but also finding the actual cause of the pain. He believes that detecting the origin of where the pain is coming from will remove the source of what’s causing the discomfort. He uses a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach he uses is based on the latest scientific research.

Growing up in a medical family, he always envisioned himself going to medical school. In college, he experienced a lacrosse injury which lead to two herniated discs in his mid-back. After months of seeing several medical doctors and physical therapists with minimal pain relief, he finally sought out to find a chiropractor. Within a month, his mid-back pain was completely diminished and hasn’t bothered him since. He feels fortunate to have gone through this life changing experience involving chiropractic care.

Being an Atlanta native, he is excited to give back to the community that has treated him so well. On his spare time, he enjoys playing and supporting the local sports teams and athletes. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends, taking his dogs to the park, weight lifting, water sports as well as eating and living a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Vicki Lee Dempsey DC /  Chiropractic Solutions Of Pensacola

Pensacola Chiropractic Clinic

Most people don’t know there are two types of chiropractors. Many chiropractors merely work on back pain symptoms alone, thru manipulation and electrotherapy. When symptoms improve, the patient assumes their spinal alignment is fixed. In most cases the spinal joints have merely been decompressed and pain is temporarily relieved.

In our clinic, we actually correct the spinal alignment back to its normal model. The spine must be in its normal alignment to maximize nerve integrity and insure proper stability and function. Similar to a car wheel, if the spine is left out of alignment, it will progressively wear and tear even if there are no symptoms at the time. Over time however, the discs, joints and nerves will wear out just like a car tire, axle and bearing. Eventually there may be symptoms and permanent damage.

When we correct spinal alignment, we utilize a three dimensional postural analysis to identify the relationships between the head, torso, hips, legs and feet.

The secret to correcting the spinal alignment involves changing nerve muscle memory by influencing slow and fast nerve receptors to tell muscles to pull differently, thus aligning the spine. Posture specific adjustment, exercises and simple office and home rehab are done with predicable results.

When spinal alignment is restored to its normal model, not only are symptoms relieved, but long standing spinal correction is achieved for better stability and function.

A simple maintenance program is given to each patient so they can maintain the normal spinal alignment throughout their lifetime. Maintaining a correction is smarter and more cost effective then “managing a problem” which can inevitably become permanent.

Pediatric Chiropractic

Pediatric Chiropractic Pensacola

Pediatric chiropractic has not only been shown to be safe and effective for children but also useful for many  childhood complaints. Many children with subluxations have symptoms that look like inner ear infections, colic, bed wetting, ADHD, sleep disturbances, asthma, and food sensitivities to name a few.

At Chiropractic Solutions of Pensacola we will take a case history of your child and perform a chiropractic exam to determine if spinal subluxations exist. Pediatric chiropractic adjusting procedures are modified to fit a child’s size, weight, and unique spinal condition. They are both gentle and specific to the child’s developing spinal structure. Most parents report that their children actually enjoy their chiropractic adjustments and look forward to their next visit. They also report that their children experienced a greater level of health while under regular chiropractic care.  Chiropractic Solutions of Pensacola looks forward to meeting your little ones and helping them experience the many benefits of chiropractic care.
