After he completed his MBA, Austin joined Crump Life Insurance where he filled a couple of different sales roles and eventually a management role throughout the five years he was with Crump. Most recently before joining Lincoln Financial Advisors in February 2015, Austin spent 2 years as a life insurance field wholesaler with Symetra Life Insurance Company. Rena leads and directs all aspects of the organization, including finances and fundraising; communications and marketing; education and programming; stewardship and management of facilities and collections; and building positive working relationships with the Board of Directors, community, external partners, stakeholders, visitors to the museum and donors.

Before joining CMoA, Rena served as a Senior Director of Charter School Services for the Association of American Educators and as Director of Member Services at the Georgia Charter Schools Association. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and minor in Communication Studies.

After 10 years with IBM in various management and sales positions, Luke worked for both EDS and Capgemini Ernst and Young in general management capacities. In 2018, Luke was asked to Join the Board of Directors of Insight Investments LLC, a holding company, for four technology focused companies: Insight Financial Services, Red 8, Second Gear and Ampil.

As a member of Entrepreneur Organization (EO) Luke has been a mentor/coach to several small business owners in Maricopa County helping these companies with strategy, marketing, sales, operations, HR and Finance. Luke has mentored a variety of industries including: Home Services, Electrical Services, Marketing, Recruiting Services, Accounting, Business Process Outsourcing and Fitness Training. His focus is to help leaders of companies between $250,000 and $500,000 rapidly achieve $1,000,000 in sales and 10% net income.

In 2017, Luke was asked to be a guest lecturer at the University of Arizona McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship and the MBA program at the Eller College of Management. Luke continues to teach several classes in entrepreneurship each semester at the University of Arizona.
Luke is originally from Youngstown, Ohio, but moved with his family to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1976. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 1990 with a degree in Finance, Luke married his wife Raegan. Together they have three grown boys, three graduates from the University of Arizona, working at Johnson and Johnson, Honeywell and Dell/EMC respectively

Luke spends his free time and weekends spending time with his wife of 29 years, Raegan. They often can be found exercising and hiking the McDowell Mountains and enjoying the many wonderful restaurants in the Valley.

Michael has formulated Information Technology strategies based on four objectives (1) maximize profits and efficiencies for the organization, (2) to develop “best in class” information technology solutions, (3) promote digital and organization transformation and (4) build a strong and secure IT organization in line with the business.

Prior to joining Tier4 Group, Michael performed as an interim CIO & Advisor for several corporations in Atlanta, GA; engaged to make assessments of his clients’ technology organizations and facilitate IT transformation, including mentoring other CIO’s and their respective IT leadership teams; additionally, formulating an IT vision by building stronger business relationships, and partnering with strategic IT vendors.

Prior to his CIO engagements, Michael was Chief Information Officer at the Georgia Department of Revenue responsible for enterprise wide information technology in support of several divisions. During this tenure Michael restructured the information technology division, implemented a three year Information technology roadmap, pioneered the negotiation and implementation of fraud software, moved enterprise wide contact centers from premise based solution to the cloud, consolidated Georgia tax systems from over 40 disparate tax systems applications into a single tax platform; and implemented a digital transformation strategy based on Cloud services and business analytics.

During this time, Michael Long was awarded the Georgia CIO of the year; later achieving nationwide ranking of #46 on Information Weeks “Elite 100” list, for technology and innovation.

Prior to the DOR, Michael held several executive positions for leading corporations holding titles of CTO for a major Travel Management Company, VP of Global Infrastructure & Operations, for a leading education corporation; VP of Service Delivery for a leading Healthcare Insurance provider, and CIO & SVP for a global Logistics and Security Corporation.
