In today’s Wellness Minute Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy share their favorite tips on how to eat less. Did you know that some supermodels give themselves food poisoning in order to stay slim? You shouldn’t go to that extreme when you have us to help you lose weight and stay in shape. Try inhaling the smell of banana, green apple or vanilla extract when you are hungry to see if that helps you avoid binging. Eating a 1/2 grapefruit before meals also has been shown to help you eat less. Eating a plain baked potato is filling and doesn’t have a lot of calories – so add that to some meals. And when you feel hungry drink a big glass of water – a lot of times we confuse thirst with hunger – especially when it is hot and you might be dehydrated. Listen right now to hear Dr Fitness’ tips.
