Deductible is what you have to pay before the insurance kicks in. Co-pay is the fixed amount you pay to see your doctor or get any medication. Co-insurance is the percentage of the cost of care that you are responsible for. Usually the higher your co-pay and deductible that you are willing to pay will lower your monthly insurance cost. Housekeeping for her inspirational weight loss story. Farredeh shared her very emotional story – her mother was assaulted and that triggered a weight gain, but through the support of her husband, close friends and and a Weight Watchers leader she was able to lose the weight and keep it off. She learned how to manage portions better – since her main problem was portion control the Weight Watchers point system helped her a lot.
