Their greatest return is the honor of being the partner of choice for a continuously growing number of clients in the Southeast.

Dr. Brian Hill & Dr. Truc Nguyen/HIPnation

HIPnation is an Atlanta-based healthcare company that delivers an innovative healthcare solution to provide high-quality, affordable, patient-centered care. The model is founded upon a simple concept that produces a radical change – replace insurance in the primary care office with a membership-based approach. This single step removes the cost burden and distraction of insurance, refocuses healthcare on the patient, and provides 24/7 access to a personal Primary Care Physician. The model is further enhanced with significantly reduced cash rates for labs, imaging, medications, specialist consultations and outpatient surgical procedures. This combination leads to a lower cost, price transparent ecosystem for outpatient healthcare. This model can then be paired with lower cost health insurance products designed to cover those rare, high-cost healthcare events, thus placing insurance in its proper role. This healthcare ecosystem redesign reduces total overall healthcare costs, improves the quality of care, and promotes innovation in healthcare delivery while placing the patient in the center of healthcare.

Patrina King, Tim Stolz, Nancy Palmer

Welcome to Birdies and Beer, an unique lifestyle podcast featuring all things golf and craft beer! Guests for Episode 2 include Patrina King, Founder of Golf Women Mean Business, and Nancy Palmer, Executive Director of the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild.

Patrina King/Founder of Golf Women Mean Business

Golf Women Mean Business (GWMB) is membership-based and is the leading provider of golf resources for beginners, serving the needs of career and business professionals and advancing the participation of women in business golf. They help strengthen the business acumen through business training and create an environment for vetted networking. They also marry business and golf in order to create confidence for women in a male-dominated sport.

Nancy Palmer/Executive Director of Georgia Craft Brewers Guild

Founded in 2010, the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild is organized to promote, protect, and further the common interests of the members and the licensed brewing industry in Georgia. They work with and represent all of the production brewers, homebrewers, distributors, publicans, retailers, and beer enthusiasts who enjoy the brews from their great state! Executive Director Nancy Palmer led a years-long fight to change Georgia’s antiquated beer laws, ushering in major changes in 2017 when Georgia became the final state in the U.S. to allow craft brewers to legally sell beer directly to consumers in their taprooms.

Suzanne Cartwright & Brandon Failla/Friends American Grill

Friends American Grill is a neighborhood grill & bar. They are locally owned and operated by Ray Stanjevich and Suzanne Cartwright, with locations in Dacula, Dawsonville, Suwanee, Winder, Buford and Grayson. Operating since 2010, Friends is a place for good food and service, families and sports. Their growth is attributed to their customer loyalty, and they continue to thrive because of repeat visits by their “regulars”. Friends is filled with high definition televisions showing all NFL games and most other sporting events, including UFC. Each restaurant has a beautiful, inviting and cozy patio.

Their menu offers quality choices such as burgers, sandwiches, steaks, shrimp, chicken, quesadillas, pasta and salads. Some of the most popular food items are “Bada Bang Shrimp”, “Gooey Louie Burger”, “Bayou Chicken Tenders”, “Loaded French Dip” and “Cajun Chicken Pasta”.

They have a full bar serving liquor, beer and wine. You will find craft beers on draft as well as most popular brands. Their bars also offer Keno games for your entertainment.

Contributing to the community and providing a helping hand to others is part of their fiber. Friends holds an annual charity event “Ansley’s Easter”. Ansley Arnette was a young girl that suffered from a rare, non-curable brain tumor, and Friends’ first fundraiser was held to help her family with medical bills. Ansley has since passed away, but her memory and spirit carries on every year at Friends on Easter Sunday.
