He also serves as a Founder/Investor.

Thomas held subsequent roles in Phoenix, AZ and Washington, DC at the FDIC during a major economic crisis helping to manage 747 distressed banks with $402 billion in assets. This experience allowed him to witness the incredible negative consequences that can occur during cyclical economic down cycles that are bound to occur, when some businesses and banks are inadequately prepared to weather challenging times.

This led to the realization of the importance of long-term planning, good governance, risk management, revenue diversification, measuring performance with metrics and studying best practices – to improve the sustainability of businesses and banks.

After helping to successfully turn-around a Southern California small business bank, Mr. Inserra returned home to Arizona and was quite dismayed to witness the harsh negative effects that COVID had on small business, and upon learning that Arizona ranked near last in the nation in PPP support of small business, and remembering the tremendously positive impact that small business employment had in transforming his own life, he felt a calling to do his part to help small business at a time when they most needed help.

Thomas shared his observations with other leaders – that banks were offering standardized products rather than rolling up their sleeves and providing customized consulting solutions like INTEGRO360sm – which is the solution that Small Business really needs to maximize growth. Soon, a Board and Executive team devoted exclusively to helping small business was formed.

Ken Davis has 30+ years of experience in the finance and banking industry. After graduation from college and serving six years in the U.S. Army, Ken returned to his hometown of Atlanta to begin his banking career. Prior to joining Renasant Bank, Ken served as an executive banker at other regional banks with responsibility to increase both commercial and consumer loan and deposit share in North Metro Atlanta. Davis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Active in the community, Ken is a member of the Rotary Club of Roswell and serves as President of Roswell Economic Development & Tourism, Inc. In addition, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Fulton Community Charities and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. He has served as past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett.

He has served on the boards of Georgia Ensemble Theatre, North Metro Miracle League, March of Dimes of North Fulton, the Ed Isakson Alpharetta YMCA and the Chattahoochee Nature Center.

Ken and his wife, Miriam, have three grown daughters and two grandchildren.

Andrew Bell is Vice President of Business Development with Affinity Bank. He has a 17+ year career in banking and has held jobs which include regional retail branch management over 12 branches, District Sales Manager for merchant services covering the states of Georgia, Alabama, and Florida, and most recently serving as a Commercial Banker in the North Fulton and Forsyth  County markets.
