Chris has been with Veritiv for over 11 years, and prior to that, he served in leadership roles as an officer in the Navy, as a District Manager with Aldi Foods, and as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Strategy and Operations Consulting.

Chris completed his MBA in 2014 at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH, where he and his family are originally from. Chris also serves on the Advisory Board for the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Chris partners in life with his wife, Erica and their three daughters, Audrey, Addyson and Annabel, who are all in the Fulton County School system. He enjoys reading historical non-fiction, being outdoors, playing and watching golf, and passionately following his Cincinnati Bengals and Reds. He spends time chauffeuring his girls between lacrosse, soccer, dance/voice/music theatre events, and playing with his 2 dogs, Beasty and Simba.

Maini is a manager in the Deloitte Consulting — SAP practice, where she handles a wide variety of information management projects on behalf of her clients, primarily leveraging SAP systems. Deloitte Consulting is organized into three primary service areas: Human Capital, Strategy & Operations, and Technology. Maini’s SAP practice serves the Technology sector, delivering solutions that help drive transformation, improve productivity, and streamline business operations.

Maini explained her team’s process in handling premier clients. “Our typical project offers a suite implementation. We look at a company’s reporting, their analytics, how they’re consolidating reports, any kind of planning and forecasting process. And what we usually see is that from a big perspective, their top challenges include having inconsistent processes, they don’t have master data, they don’t have a global chart of accounts. As a result, they’re not able to do easy reporting.”

With several years’ experience at IBM doing SAP implementations globally, Maini brings a wealth of experience in planning, architecting, designing, developing, and implementing complex business intelligence and data warehousing solutions to the Deloitte Consulting team.

Annette Tirabasso is Principal, Strategy and Operations for Deloitte Consulting. She brings more than 20 years of experience consulting and advising Financial Services and Consumer & Industrial Product organizations.  She specializes in counseling companies experiencing major restructurings, business transformations, including streamlining processes and integrating operations with new technologies.

Ms Tirabasso has led teams that have delivered all phases of organizational change initiatives, from strategy development, business model creation, process design excellence, and systems implementation. She has also advised more than 20 client organizations to significantly improve their operating and financial performance, cost structure and service quality by eliminating trade-offs between cost and service.  She has deep experience in strategy, program and change leadership, optimizing costs, business process reengineering, merger integration, shared services and outsourcing, and systems implementations.
