Mark Gonsalves has enjoyed a very successful 30-plus year business career building brands for major companies. He became interested in health and the impact our food has when he and his wife found out their then 5-year old daughter was diagnosed with a medical condition called Absence Seizures. Having owned a GMP-certified nutraceutical manufacturing company which made dietary and nutritional supplements for many popular brands, Mark and his wife Donna now have a weekly radio show, The Food Conspiracy, which airs Sunday’s on two AM stations in Atlanta.
