100 pound weight loss. One of the most rewarding parts of having our show is having the ability to spotlight and honor people like Liz who have done extraordinary things. As everyone who has ever tried to lose weight knows – losing 100 pounds is impressive – it takes discipline and persistence. It took about a year and a half but Liz’s success story was truly inspiring.
