Karianne-Munstedt-Changing-the-World-One-Conversation-at-a-Time-E13Karianne Munstedt is an award-winning portrait photographer, speaker, coach and author. She is an artist and nurturer, fiercely motivated by using her talents to make women feel confident, empowered, and whole.

Karianne is no stranger to perfectionism. As a child, growing up with an abusive role model left her filled with fear; she countered this by attempting to be perfect, but never took the time to understand who she was.

She continued down a path of perfection that led her to a marriage, a job, and other endeavors that weren’t right for her. Karianne started a journey to get to know herself in her 30s. On her spiritual journey, she connected back to the thing that brought her joy as a child… photography. She discovered an innate talent to capture a person’s true inner beauty – the real person inside.

From her years as a portrait photographer working with hundreds of women, Karianne also saw that perfectionism was the reason why most women shy away from the camera. She invites women into her photography studio to feel loved, cherished, and accepted, and to show them that they are beautiful and deserve to exist in photos just as they are.

In addition to photography, Karianne also speaks to and coaches women across the world about how to shift their negative perfectionist thoughts in order to live their fullest, most extraordinary lives.

Personally, Karianne is a wife, mommy to a toddler son, stepmother to a teenage daughter, and doggy momma.

Jack Perry, Jr. goes solo on Legacy Leaders Radio today, discussing how a Legacy Leader shows up in the world.  Jack shares his personal story, his history as a police officer, military commander, and now a public speaker and life coach.

For the last few weeks, Legacy Leaders Radio joined the audience with leaders who are helping the community and organizations leave an active legacy in the community, but with today’s show, Jack Perry introduces the audience to his personal passion to help people that serve others, and his fight to bring awareness to the issue of anger.

Jack identifies the destruction that anger causes in peoples lives, and how to deal with anger in a positive way.  In this very personal show, Jack talks about his own history with anger, and how to overcome the emotion and step out of your comfort zone with courage.

The show delves into fear, the opposite of courage, and that fear is the root cause of anger. Jack talks about angry leaders, and how they behave in the workplace. “Do people in the office go out of their way to avoid these angry leaders?”

Legacy Leaders are the ones that ask the question, “what is true and what is truth?” This candid show identifies where we learn negative behaviors, how Jack has dealt with his own preconceived thoughts and behaviors throughout his career, and how to overcome an angry person in your world.  This show is a “must listen” for everyone who is a Legacy Leader.
