Mycal and Nicole Anders with Next Level Performance Consulting

Mycal-AndersMycal Anders is Founder of Next Level Performance Consulting with 3700+ leaders coached since 2011. Mycal is a Performance Consultant, Marine Corps veteran, husband & father of two.

As a Marine Corps veteran with nearly 25 years of strategic leadership experience backed by multiple graduate degrees from Arizona State and Thunderbird School of Global Management, he realized the plight of leaders, people of influence, and high achievers is losing themselves in pursuit of momentous achievement. Next-Level-logo

In 2011 Mycal founded Next Level Performance Consulting to build the fittest leaders by empowering Next Level men & women to prioritize their health, eliminate stress and create alignment between their habits and behaviors! Making space to be present for the things that matter: health, wealth, relationships and time.

Mycal has been featured on the Radio Business X Podcast, Barbell Shrugged, Barbell Business, Gym Lords, Theta Wave, Paradise Valley Lifestyle Magazine, Team Red, White & Blue’s “The Eagle” Podcast, and is a regularly featured speaker for Charles Schwab and Amazon.

The Next Level mantra is “Progress Always” because the journey is ongoing and the greatest stories are told through the process that is life. The story is in the logo. Why the 4th Star incomplete? Firstly, the stars are representative of Mycal’s military roots and service to others before self. The highest rank one can achieve in military service is symbolized by 4 stars.

The Next Level stars also represent what we should all be trying to achieve: our highest and best self. Stacked upon the foundation of your physical body, emotional, mental and spiritual states of being. The 4th star is broken because we will forever be a work in progress. This is a never ending journey.

Nicole-AndersNicole Anders, CEO of Next Level Performance Consulting, excels in leading the organizational process, coordinating the chaos, and assisting her husband and business partner to help executives and high performers make themselves a priority again by using the Next Level Method. Her value is in her exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to take a vision and project from the starting line to the finish line.

For the past 10 years in various executive and personal assistant roles, Nicole coordinated and managed everything from travel, corporate meetings and conferences to cocktail and dinner parties, to founder’s dinner’s for top donors at multi-million dollar charity galas, by executing a discovery process of a team’s ultimate vision and making it become a reality.

In 2017, four moms founded the nonprofit Parents for Suicide Prevention (PSP). They were responsible for Senator Sean Bowie drafting the Mitch Warnock act requiring all school personal to have two hours of suicide prevention training every 3 years.

We are losing our teens at a high rate in Arizona and we learned our school staff was not trained in the signs of suicide to help watch out for the students and coworkers.

Karianna-Blanchard-on-Phoenix-Business-RadioX-CopyKarianna Blanchard is a  wife and a mother to a daughter and son and spent years as an Early Childhood Director for an east valley church.

When one of their families became survivors of a suicide loss of a child, she began to become more aware of her misconceptions of suicide.

As Karianna began to learn more, she realized some things. No one is immune to suicide and suicide is preventable. One caring adult can change a child’s world and the Christian community needed to have real conversations about depression and immense pain and not make people feel their belief is wavering if they feel suicidal.

Karianna feels we have to work as a community to show one another HOPE. She has made it a personal mission to learn all she can to be of help to her community.

She has completed courses in Youth Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Risk Assessment and Management, SafeTalk, QPR GateKeeper Training, CALM (Counseling on access to lethal means), Strategic Planning Approach to Suicide Prevention, Locating and Understanding Data for Suicide Prevention, Spirituality and Mental Wellness, and Community Overdose Prevention, Naloxone Training and Koru Mindfulness, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Child Psychology, Stop the Bleed, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

The work Julie does focuses on personal growth by working through past and present traumas. There will be no attempt to physiologically diagnose, treat, fix, heal or change you as a person. Self discovery will act as the guide regarding behavior, thoughts, emotions and spirituality.

Tim Echols and Rick Strawn

Tim Echols/Georgia Public Service Commission

Tim Echols serves as the Commissioner for the State of Georgia Public Service Commission.

A younger Tim Echols was selected by the Atlanta Airport Rotary Club as “Student of the Year” from his high school in 1978. While at the luncheon, he met Truett Cathy, a member of the Atlanta Airport Rotary Club. After the meeting, Truett invited Tim to come by his Hapeville office and there gave him a set of motivational tapes and a challenge. Echols said the tapes changed his life and as a result of listening to Zig Ziglar and his teaching, Tim set a goal to be a statewide elected official.

Shortly after graduating from UGA, Tim and his wife Windy founded TeenPact, a training experience for conservative high school students. The program began at the Georgia Capitol and now operates in 42 states having training 50,000 students. After building TeenPact, Echols ran for and was elected to statewide office in 2010 serving as Public Service Commissioner.

The PSC’s primary job is energy regulation. When he took office, Georgia was 34th in solar power. Now, eight years later, the state is 10th in the nation in approved solar. Echols created the Clean Energy Roadshow that has traveled the state every summer for the last eight years. This educational event travels to cities around the state helping commuters, businesses and municipal governments evaluate alternative fuel for their transportation and residential use.

Tim has tried to lead by example. He added solar hot water heating to his Athens home just before being sworn-in. He bought a natural gas car, a propane van and now owns an electric car. Tim also led the effort to provide the Salvation Army and two other agencies with $5 million to help low income seniors in Atlanta with heating assistance. That program continues today. Tim created a pilot program to provide specially equipped IPADS to the hearing impaired to help them function more productively. That programs continues today as well. Most recently, Tim led the PSC to increase the number of pediatric hearing aids in a program the PSC oversees. Tim wants to keep rates low and he works hard with his colleagues to make sure Georgia has the energy it needs from diverse sources, including nuclear power. Tim supports recycling the nuclear waste and using the remaining energy resident in those fuel rods as the most sustainable course of action for the state and nation. He has represented the United States at the World Nuclear Exhibition for the last six years. Tim also has been at the forefront in fighting human sex trafficking. He created the “Unholy Tour” that helps policy makers see first-hand the harms of human trafficking. Tim has a weekly radio show called Energy Matters airing on Cox Media Group and back episodes can be found at WGAU Radio – Energy Matters.

Jennifer Fennell/Jackson EMC

Jackson EMC was founded in 1938 on the belief that by working together, they could improve the quality of life for residents of Northeast Georgia through the power of electricity. That idea hasn’t changed, and a Jackson EMC membership still costs the same today as it did then: $5.

Today, the meters Jackson EMC serves has grown to more than 220,000, but their commitment to the members they serve, and their community, remains the same. As they look to the future, they rely on their vision, mission and values to keep them on track.

Bill McDermott/McDermott Financial Solutions

McDermott Financial Solutions helps business owners establish solid financial plans to get on a clear path to growth and profitability through their 6-step process called the McDermott Advantage. They also help business owners find funding for their business with McDermott Financial Solutions’ prior banking experience, expertise and contacts.

Gregg Burkhalter/”The LinkedIn Guy”

Gregg Burkhalter is a recognized authority on personal branding and LinkedIn. He has helped countless professionals in the U.S. and abroad define and grow their personal brand using LinkedIn.

Gregg spent the first part of his professional career behind the microphone at radio stations in Savannah, Jacksonville, Charleston, and Atlanta. Following his radio years, Gregg worked in national music marketing and distribution.

Today, Gregg is known by many as “The LinkedIn Guy”. He provides personal branding coaching and LinkedIn training via one-on-one and group training sessions, corporate presentations, and webinars. Gregg is also a frequent speaker at civic and chamber events and area universities.

THRIVE by Le-Vel is something that’s hard to explain, and challenging to describe… it’s something that can only be experienced.

brand philosophy

Premium Level: Premium Lifestyle

Le-Vel was created and envisioned with a greater purpose, a premium plan. This plan is not to create a product, or a product line, but to build a global brand, a new icon. A brand that encompasses ultra premium products: premium product lines. The new brand, for the better lifestyle, premium-seeking consumers.

The largest and most successful companies in the world are extremely good at one thing. They build brands, not products. They are so good at this one focus, they can literally put their logo on anything and it is passionately accepted worldwide. As the Le-Vel vision is birthed with THRIVE, it will continue on with all of our brands and future premium products. Le-Vel will be a global giant; our logo will be on many different products, wherever you go, our logo will go with you. The quality, passion and efficacy with one product line, will flawlessly continue on to all product lines, because the true focus, our passion will always remain at its inception, The Brand: Le-Vel.

To build the Premium Lifestyle Company, we knew we had to look further than just a product, we had to envision a larger purpose, a deeper reason for what we were doing. We had to create the one and only Premium Lifestyle Brand.

Jason Camper and Paul Gravette share a vision for premium products that offer an opportunity to live a premium lifestyle.

With over 41 years of combined experience in the Health & Wellness industry, Jason and Paul’s vision was to create a company, a brand, a product line that had never been seen before. Their commitment and passion to Premium Grade raw ingredients and using a higher level of nutrition to formulate Thrive was the key to Le-Vel’s success from the beginning.
